The CEC was formed upon the liberation of Cassara. For years it produced warships and merchant ships alike for use by Cassara. Until the formation of the Cassaran Star Republic and the Delmarran Shipyards they were the sole producer of warships for the Cassaran Military. Despite the loss of majority the CEC still has some of the best ships the Cassaran Military has to offer.
