Colonel Chin Huan is a brainwasher, and former chief of the indoctrination section of the Red Army. During the Korean War he designed the brainwashing program used on American prisoners. After the death of Chinese leader Mao Zedong, he left his homeland, China, and was recruited by the Lazarus Clinic organization. Working with plastic surgeons, and assistant, Peter Clark, Colonel Huan created both physical and mental duplicates of Frank Hardy, Joe Hardy, Iola Morton, and US government agent, The Gray Man, as part of a plot to overthrow America's top secret service agency.
