Lijepa Tena was the Croatian entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow performed by Igor Cukrov featuring Andrea Šušnjara. It finished in 13th place in the second semifinal, but was chosen to advance by the backup jury. In the final, it was performed 5th following Sweden and preceding Portugal. At the close of voting, it finished in 18th place with 45 points
