Korus Ardax was a Human male who became a Grand General in the Imperial Army. Though he served the Galactic Empire with loyalty since he joined it in 19 BBY, Ardax took advantage of the chaos after the deaths of Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader at Endor in 4 ABY; creating his own faction. Considered by both his enemies and allies to be a skilled tactician, Ardax had originally studied at the military academy on Bastion. He graduated in the same year that the Empire was proclaimed by Palpatine on Coruscant, and received the rank of captain in the new Imperial Army.
