Hitora colony was a colony as of the 24th century. K'mtar claimed that Kurn was visiting this colony in 2370. While at Maranga IV, a message from the USS Enterprise-D would have taken days to reach the colony. (TNG: "Firstborn" ) This colony was only mentioned in dialogue. Given K'mtar's other deceptions, it is questionable whether Kurn did really go to the colony as claimed. Presumably, Hitora colony was a Klingon settlement, although this was not specifically stated on screen.
