Colonel Mary Spencer, Viscountess of Carslie, also known as "Bloody Mary" due to the Percy Rebellion, is the colonel of the Albion Navy. Mary is also the illegitimate daughter of the Crown Prince in the novels and manga, making her Esther Blanchet's older half-sister. As an illegitimate child, however, she is unable to inherit the throne.
