At Clumsy's house, the Smurflings are watching their klutzy friend as he stacks his rock collection. That goes well until Clumsy falls over the ladder -- thus all his rock collection comes toppling to the ground as well, but he doesn't seem to mind that as he comments that he had a lot of practice. Then Grandpa Smurf arrives, as Snappy asks where he got a stick from. Grandpa responds that it's made from purple pandyroot, which he got on his hike from Mountain Majestic. He then gives the stick to Clumsy, also telling him that it is his turn to lead the expedition. Clumsy is so excited that he couldn't wait to show it to the other Smurfs, also saying that nothing is going to stand in his way -- except having to trip over on his way out!
