Excella E3974; ca. 1933; Women's and Misses' Blouse. A rippling pleated jabot and crisp puffed sleeves give this blouse a very feminine air. Without the jabot and made with long straight sleeves, the blouse is a tailored as anyone could wish. Either version is very easy to make.
