The Hellfire Amulet is a craftable legendary amulet in Diablo III. It rolls stats for level 70, but only requires character level 1 to be equipped. The Hellfire Amulet essentially gives the character five passive skills: it will have a secondary legendary affix that provides a randomized passive skill of the class who crafted it. The passive skill cannot be re-rolled once an amulet is crafted, so it may be very challenging to get an optimal combination of the skill and stats. Each passive skill only works for the class that normally has it: one cannot use this amulet to gain a passive skill of another class. Passives also do not duplicate if taken normally and on the amulet.
