Jobe Keely was a Human male crewman of Outbound Flight in 27 BBY. Among his onboard technician-friends were Chas Uliar and Brace Tarkosa. Keely later represented the Survivors on the Managing Council in the Redoubt, where Outbound Flight crash-landed. He was also among those who were evacuated by the Chiss to the Empire of the Hand.
