Rixx was a Betazoid. Rixx served as an acolyte who followed the teachings of Khrysaros. The Holy Rings of Betazed were originally given to Rixx. (Last Unicorn RPG module: Planets of the UFP) The city of Rixx may have been named after the person, although this is pure speculation.
