The Pedestrian Annihilator is a powerup that features 2 different roles. In Carmageddon II, this is an item with 3 uses that zaps any nearby pedestrians, killing them instantly. If there are no pedestrians nearby, it'll have no effect and will not waste 1 use. Even if many rays come out to kill several pedestrians, only 1 use is accounted. In Carmageddon: TDR 2000, it's an that lasts 10 seconds. It should work like the pedestrian electro-bastard ray in Carmageddon II, but instead, it does nothing.
