This was an online chat BBS, possibly run in Houston, Texas, in the late 1980s. Many users could be online at once. The general chat line was free, although when a certain number of people were online, the non-paying users would be kicked out. In order to have access to the full-service chat/features (it also had a Quest game included) without being kicked out, the site cost $3.60 (U. S.) an hour.
