The Klingon Physicians Enclave was a professional organization of Klingon doctors. It was regarded as one of the most hidebound organizations in Klingon society. The KPE held its first and only conference in late 2376 in the city of Novat. As the conference did not accomplish its desired goals of helping to advance the state of Klingon medicine, the KPE was disbanded by Chancellor Martok and the Klingon High Council, and replaced by the Klingon Medical Authority.
