The Sorrowful Countenance is a Legendary Mojo for the Witch Doctor in Diablo III. It requires character level 12 to drop. This item was scheduled to be released with Patch 2.1, but was not. The unique affix, albeit a bit changed, was later used for Henri's Perquisition. The graphics were removed from the game itself, replaced with a ghostly version.
