Grub(VEM0??) was born on February 20, 1999 in the Elveera Mob. His mother was Tenuvial and his father was Silks the dominant pair fo the Elveera at the time. Cuthbert was born with two litter-mates named Dibble(VE?0??) and Cuthbert(VEM0??). The pups survived their first few weeks and started foraging with the adults. Because they were the pups of the dominant female, Grub and his siblings were well looked after. Sadly Dibble died on Janaury 20, 2000 a month before their first birthday, however Grub and his brother reached their first birthday. Grub started to help out in the mob with the new pups and sentry post. He also soon started to rove with the other males. On July 14, 2001 Grub disappeared after taking to roving.
