The R.E.S.T. device is initially available to all agents. it serves as a backup self-healing device, giving all agents a measure of self-sustainability without having to rely on a Medic alone. However, in addition to the moderate cooldown, the R.E.S.T. device negates Power Pool regeneration and slows the user's movement speed while it is active, forcing agents to think before activating it.
