Fredrick Drake was a Starfleet officer who served under Captain Tristan Marshal aboard the USS Templar. He was Tristan's closest friend and confident. He was a key player during the Second Eugenics War. Upon Tristan's death, Fredrick became Captain of the Templar. He eventually rose to the rank of Admiral.
