This quest requires you to take a document from Rokaro at Shadowprey Village in Desolace to Myranda the Hag at Sorrow Hill in the Western Plaguelands. This quest used to be named "The Testament of Rexxar" and was given by Rexxar. Rexxar moved to Outland with The Burning Crusade, so this quest was given to a different NPC. Only the NPC and the quest name were changed.
