Forrest Tanner is a Rutanian politician from Vanderburg. He established the Socialist People's Party (SPP), was the president of Rutania, and is the incumbent leader of the Socialist Revolutionary International Guard. He is considered one of the most influential modern Rutanian politicians and is highly respected as a socialist worldwide.
