The SMR has a slow fire rate, so if you were to keep it equipped, Double Tap is a necessity to make it somewhat effective. Players with a good trigger finger will favour this gun more than those who use automatic guns. PAP PAPWhen Pack-A-Punched, it becomes the "SM1L3R", and has a 30 round magazine, with 420 rounds in reserve, and the Hybrid Optic attachment by default. Like it's regular counterpart, it has low damage, high recoil, but has a high amount of ammunition. It's really effective at downing you. Frankly, the SMR, even when Pack-a-Punched, is relatively useless.
