The "Tootsie Roll Jingle" is a remake of a 1970s vintage original jingle for Tootsie Rolls, sung by then nine-year-old girl, Rebecca Jane.[1] In "Cop and a Half-Wit", after striking him on the head in order to 'clear' his concussion suffered while playing football, Chris wonders what's going on in Stewie's head as the scene becomes Stewie in the middle of the jingle.
