Destroyer Squadron 301 was a tactical unit of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Created in 1921 PD, it was assigned to the Tenth Fleet, which was stationed in the Talbott Quadrant of the Star Empire of Manticore. Being one of the first units in either the RMN or the Grayson Space Navy to be comprised of the new Roland-class destroyers, it included a significant number of GSN members among its ships' companies so both Grayson and Manticoran personnel could familiarize themselves with the class's workings.
