Vial of Blueshine is a quest item and ingredient used to create engineering items in RAGE. It can be created in the Abandoned Distillery during two quests (see below), given as a quest reward, or bought at "Jani's Supplies" in Subway Town. It must be created during the quests "Abandoned Distillery" and "Bounty Hunter".
