Little Mad was a guard in Butcher Bay Correctional Facility. Little Mad thought another guard should go to de-tox, because of his heavy drinking. Martinez then informs that that guard and Conroy have the worst shifts. Little Mad was surprised to hear that Conroy was drinking.
