Barney, Taider Point Fire Dept (like the Mayberry RFD show of the 70's), or can stand for the Purple Fucking Dinosaur. Both are the same show. Sherriff Barney Dinosaur had a show in the early 90's set in Rural North Carolina. Jerry Falwell made a big deal that a purple dinosaur being sheriff of a rural southern town, unheard of at the time, he wanted it cancelled along with the Teletubbies. Since Dinosaurs never exsisted, and everyone knows purple is just a gay color for a sheriff.
