The Council: Recognising that some micronations engage in micronational elitism; Knowing that such elitism consists of such actions as refusing diplomatic contact purely on the basis of the age of the micronation; Acknowledging that such actions must be stopped as soon as possible; 1. Decides that all present and future members of the OAM be called on to refrain from engaging in such activities; 2. Condemns micronations that engage in such activities; 3. Determines to remain seized of the matter.
