The Jedi Restoration Concord was an organization founded by the Jedi Master Syo Bakarn around 3653 BBY, during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. Sometime before 3645 BBY, the Concord helped the people of the agriworld Uphrades to double their planet's food production over the course of two years. As a result of his leadership in the Concord's efforts, the Jedi High Council granted Bakarn a seat on the Council.
