Ryka Starn - married to Amelia Starn Senator and Judicator of Ryloth. He currently serves in the Republic Navy and after serving as a Lieutenant and Squadron Leader as well as the Adjutant to Wilhuff Tarkin he was transfered to the newly formed Reconnaissance Command.
