Special broadcast (index: SIC002) is a radio and television program made by the Slavic Oceana Broadcaster, the Informative Oceana Broadcaster and the Commercial Oceana Broadcaster. It's only aired when there is a special broadcast, like for example the Alexandru Latin funeral.
