He is rather arrogant and egotistical. He considers everybody else at the arena to be useless and believes he is the only one who does any actual work. He considers himself to be brilliant at his discipline of Runecrafting, despite the rather low requirements needed to actually craft the runes. If challenged, he demands to see whether his challenger is as good as he is. However, if an apprentice appeals to his ego, he acts friendlier. He has a rivalry with Wizard Edvin. Apparently, Edvin keeps trying to steal his ideas.
