Colius was a Romulan who once served as the praetor of the Romulan Empire. By the 2370s, the prestigious Praetor Colius Award was named after him. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight") Colius was not mentioned in dialogue, but on the PADD showing Vreenak's biography file.
