Ernest Nathaniel Peronneau (6 March 1903—26 March 2014) was an American supercentenarian who currently has pending status. He died at the age of 111 years, 20 days and was thought to be the oldest living American-born man. He may have been the second-oldest man in the United States, behind Dr. Alexander Imich. In February 2014, he went missing for nine hours after getting on a bus and was later discovered by employees of a Duane Reade store he had walked into. He claimed to have been born in 1902. 1903 is per census record.
