Penelope Ann Bansall "Penny" Jamieson, DCNZM (born c.1942) is a former elected Anglican Bishop of the Diocese of Dunedin, the second woman in the world to hold the position of bishop in the Anglican Communion, and the first to be elected a Diocesan bishop. In June 2004 Bishop Penny was made a distinguished companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit, for services to the community.
