Performer(s) Appeared in The Great Quarter Past Five, called Quart for short, is a character from Rudolph's Shiny New Year. He is a friendly camel who lives in the Sands of Time on the way to Father Time's castle. Equipped with a large clock in his hump that is always stuck on 5:15, he gives Rudolph and General Ticker a ride across the desert and protects his passengers from the plight of Aeon the Terrible. As a resident of those northern parts, the Great Quarter Past Five has intimate knowledge of Aeon, and relates his story to Rudolph, who quickly learns that he must find Happy, the baby new year, before this villainous vulture does.
