The Command Center of the Scub Coral has an apperance that mimics a large library; there, all information regarding the Scub Coral and Coralians that had been gathered could be read by human beings. However, all the information to be read in the Command Center took over a lifetime to read, therefore, causing all human visitors that have visted to remain there for a long time, some lasting many years. Most who have entered the Command Center decided to stay of their own desire to understand the Scub Coral, thus the Command Center was relatively peaceful. Those who would've entered the Command Center transfered their conciousness to the Scub, however their physical bodies were left in a coma-like state, which was nicknamed, the Desperation Disease.
