The Providence Hotel was a hotel in Old Town run by Freddie 'Slickfingers' Faustino. One of the few businesses in the area not run by the Cuneos, it was taken over by the Tattaglias in a half-hearten attempt to gain territory. They set up a club on the upper floor, run by Gloria Dellamonte. After The Five Families Mob War, Charlie Trapani made a move on Old Town and took over the hotel as a base for launching attacks on Cuneos. In 2017, the hotel was taken over by the Fortunato Regime after they washed the Corleones out of the hotel.
