Frozen solid along her friends during a Devok attack in 1985, Chloe may be spoiled, snobby, and arrogant, but she values her friends. In the special Friends of the Past, she and her friends were thawed out in present day, they stole the prototype Cell Blaster and Communicrossers to commit crimes. Chloe then later becomes friends with the Spy Rangers. In the final episode The Final Stand, she and her friends were forced to go back to their own time during another Devok attack, where she becomes the Pink Saurus Ranger.
