Harold's House of Big and Tall is a tailor's shop located in Ferryport Landing. It is first alluded to in The Fairy-Tale Detectives by Puck who taunts Jack Englishman, and employee of the shop, about measuring trousers and seams. It is possible that the name of the proprietor, Harold, comes from Harold Wadlow, father of Robert Wadlow - the Alton Giant - who famously was the tallest man in history ever to exist.
