As you can see on the map, the two mightiest countries of the world are Germany and Britain. China is regulated by both Germany and Britain, it is only pseudo-independent. Russia is just a state of poor people. It has no ex- or imports at all, the people believe in ghosts, witchcraft etc., they visit church thrice a day, have mostly never been more than 50 km from their homes, there is inquisition and the only places with electricity are St Petersburg, Moscow, Vladivostoc and five other large towns. All states other than England or Germany have joined to the "Union of the Third Power", and actually have built large cities on Moon and Mars, which Britain and Germany have not done. Germany has more Culture, Science and Trade; England more Area, Warcraft and Population.
