John Colicos was a Canadian Shakespearian actor. He was perhaps best remembered for playing the Klingon Kor, one of the few characters to be included in both the original Star Trek series and one of the more modern spin-offs — in Kor's case, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He is also remembered as Count Baltar on the original Battlestar Galactica. His involvement with the bionic franchise didn't happen until the very end of the phenomenon. He was the final villain Steve Austin faced in The Six Million Dollar Man.
