Nuada Vekstar was a Miraluka enforcer for the criminal organization the Silver Ring. He was the public face of the organization while the organization's head, known only as Aurek, remained more elusive. He had a number of clashes with Jali Dawler and the two seemed to harbor a grudge for each other.
