An old enemy of Mr.Burns from the war moves to Springfield. Once he figures out Mr.Burn lives here, he tries to assassinate him for cheating him out of his money that is rightfully his. (explaining why Mr.Burns is so rich) So Mr.Burns and Smithers move in with the Simpsons or else he will fire Homer. After dealing with Mr.Burns abuse the family, Homer tries to find the man and get him arrested so Mr.Burns will leave.
