The only reason Ichigo couldn't win against Nnoitra was because he had taken too much damage from Grimmjow. Either way, though, I would have to say Kenpachi. However, we won't know which one of them is stronger until they fight again. While I do like Kenpachi, I personally believe his reiatsu is very exaggerated.
