Democracy is a form of government that is unlocked after completing the Suffrage civic. Whereas Fascism and Communism may focus more on achieving a Domination or Science victory respectively, Democracy focuses much more on a Religious or Cultural victories as district projects tend to focus on massive amounts of stat production and File:GreatPerson6.png Great People. Democracy is much more geared towards amassing large quantities of File:Civ6Science.png Science, File:Civ6Faith.png Faith, and File:Civ6Culture.png Culture rather than File:Civ6Production.png Production or units.
