Fever Horse (フィーバーホース) is a kind of monster in The World R:2. It gets its name from its head that is shaped like a horse. It used to be a small creature that dwelled in the ocean, but after it became infected with the power of the Shadow, it now dwells on land. This also resulted in the massive increase in its body size. It is also known as Fire Lancer by some adventurers due to the powerful fire attack it launches from the power of the orb that is hidden in its chest cavity and the quick piercing attack from its spear-shaped exoskeleton.
