Toa Mevo are the types of Toa that Norjhiko, Conleroth, and Hilmina(person) are. They stand around 8 feet tall, taller than the average Toa. They are gifted with strange masks and extra armor. Known Toa Mevo were known to all have gold armor. The entire Old Order of the SpiritBreakers was made up of Toa Mevo.
