Numbuh 99, was a member of Numbuh 86's Decommissioning Squad. He was seen in Operation: E.N.D. when Numbuh 86 yells "I hope Numbuh 99 isn't as dumb as you!", just before their ships crash into each other. He was also seen in Operation: G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E.S., where he was one of the operatives to be strucked by Father's Animalization Ray.
