Ralph F. DeLeo is a current Caporegime in the Colombo crime family and is the leader of the New England Colombo Faction. DeLeo met Alphonse Persico in a prison in the early 1990s, when DeLeo came out of prison on 1997 he was "MADE" as a Soldato. DeLeo also became the Street Boss for a year on 2008 after Thomas Gioeli was arrested. On December 17, 2009, DeLeo was indicted on racketeering charges from crimes in five different states.
