Felix Junior Stanislas (born 26 November 1989), more commonly known as Junior Stanislas is an English footballer who plays for Bournemouth as a winger. He started his career in the youth team of West Ham United at the age of 10 in 2000. He signed a three-year academy contract in the summer of 2006, playing regularly for the under-18 side and reserves. In November 2008, he joined Football League One side Southend United on a six-week loan. He made his first-team debut for West Ham in March 2009, at the age of 19. He signed a three-and-a-half-year contract in April 2009.
